- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Roach is great. Raquel is an egotistical person with no common courtesy. We are patients of their's and we also own a consulting business. I decided to call on this company and got Raquel on the phone - I was not recognized as a patient and I didn't feel that I had to say so because everyone deserves respect as a human being. With that said, Raquel was rude, obnoxious and treated me with such disrespect which is why I am giving this review. It has nothing to do with performance but the doctor IS responsible for how his employees treat everyone, yes everyone.
