  We loved the therapists, but we disliked the owner. She did not honor her own written promise regarding the amount of payment when they were not in our insurance's network anymore. She said she just followed what the insurance instructed her to do. Of course she did, because it meant more money for her - on our expense. In the end, we even paid more than if we didn't have any insurance. We think it was unethical. We later enrolled our child in a gymnastic class. The cost of 2 x 45 minutes therapy session covers the cost of 4 months of gym membership, plus our child get 4 sessions in a month instead of 2. Within less than 4 months, we noticed a lot more improvements in our child's fine and gross motor skills and balance. We couldn't be happier.

  My daughter has been going to Shining Stars for over 8 months now. She has been in both OT and PT. I have been so pleased with the level of care and attention my daughter has received. Jenna has been an awesome therapist. My daughter gets so excited to go see her every Thursday, which makes me so happy. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking pediactric therapy. They've definitely exceeded my expectations. They are truly giving my daughter a better future one week at a time.
