- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. O'Dowd has cared for our family for years. We had, for us, what would be considered a minor emergency. For Dr. O'Dowd, it would be considered routine. He met us at the office at 10:00 at night to help our 14 year old get through her complications. He was patient, kind, and never once made us feel as though we had just dragged him out of his home at 10:00pm! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Superb customer service. Excellent quality from start to finish. They make getting an exam and glasses very easy. Dr. O'Dowd was able to make an exam for my 7 year old a fun experience.
