- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Seriously the worst service of any business I've ever seen. The office hours are atrocious and erratic, the clerical staff is comically incompetent and the one poor RN was constantly rushing around, hoping to make up the difference. After giving this office a number of chances for two months, they continue to disappoint. I've been nagging the staff to please request medical records from our former pediatricians, only to have them reply "Ain't none of them sent them yet." When I called both former pediatricians, they told me they'd never received a request from Excel's office.Don't waste your time.May 24, 2017by A Google User
